Turning off User Account Control when you want to use the Zapper.
Type User Account Control into "Search program or files". (It's a Control Panel Item)
Select Change User Account Control Settings.
Change the Slider to be Completely Down for "Never Notify".
Then Click "Ok".
The Computer will prompt you it needs to Restart for the change to take effect.
Once restarted you should be able to Re-Install the Zapper, if necessary, and utilize it.
Once that is done you may want to revert back to a protected status level again by following the same steps as outlined above. Good Luck ~S~
/- My Norton does not tolerate the .exe even being in the folder heirarchy and removes it at every Scan, so the only way I can work with the Zapper is with the UAC turned OFF as stated above. It's a pain in the neck work around, but I suggest turning UAC back ON after every CFS3 Session when you do this sort of thing.
Also- Are you running the .exe from Inside the Main Folder? Follow the steps above, and run the .exe from inside the add-ons Main Folder. You should then see a "Command Prompt" window run if it works correctly, and that would indicate the .bdp files have been Zapped. You can verify that by looking at an Aircraft Folder before you Start CFS3 again. Remember they are generated when CFS3 starts... so there shouldn't be any immediately after running the Zapper successfully. If that is so you can change back your UAC settings to protected, restart your computer, add your new AC or whatever and then restart CFS3 to build the new .bdp's.
