PTO Solomons characters problem

Found this file on one of my many CD/DVD's . It's a file to change NEK ,IJN ,IJA pilot textures but i can't get it to work on my PTO Solomons install. Followed instructions for install #1. Any help would be useful . If you pm me i'll send over the file. Thanks for any help. Regards , Scott

Removed unlimitedpilots,uisel files in users /app/ roaming/MS/PTO file. Now it works and then added the new pilot.
