    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

I went to the airshow at Punta Gorda, FL airport yesterday. Very enjoyable! It wasn't too hot, and a constant breeze made it even more comfortable.

The Blue Angels performed just after 2 pm. As always, they were so great. Am filled with patriotism every time I see them.

Camera wasn't working good, or would have posted some pictures.

There was a B-29 on the flight line. Was curious why they didn't turn her up and do a fly by? There was a Bearcat and a Corsair II doing maneuvers though. The Black Diamonds performed as well. Five L-39s and two Mig-17s. One of their L-39s had mechanical problems though, and did not fly. NC
