FS-2004 / FSX Real P&W R-2800 Fast cats update

For the amazing FS2004 F7F-3N Tigercat Model by Milton Shupe

These sounds add a much richer dimension to mid & three quarter throttle range exterior sounds.

Just replace xrpm13 and xrpm23 with the enclosed (contents of: sound upd.wavs).

Requires previous installation of my FS 2004/ FSX Real P&W R-2800 fastcats sound pack OR my sound pack within FS2004 F7F-3N Nightfighter WIP at Sim-Outhouse.
