The Kodiak is one of my favorite bush planes and I fly it regularly.....always VFR. The other night I went IFR but couldn't find the mike button (ATC) and ended up having to open it from the top of the screen (views). Is it possible to open it from the instrument panel ?? LD

Hey LD,

I think you mean the Audio panel? If so, no, there wasnt one on the Kodiak. You will need to go through the menu.

If you meant 'mic', how do you use that? I havent heard of this. I know about the 'mic' as in the microphone in a real plane. Do you mean something that will bring up the ATC window?

Bill

Sorry.......accessing the ATC window was the question. It's easy to drop down from the menu, but I thought there was a "button" on the panel.

Nope... But, its funny you ask this. I have been trying to figure out how to do this on my Fairchild, by clicking on this old antique mic I modelled in it.

(What I did for P3 was link a button on my Saitek into the ` key which brings up the ATC window).
