#3: Attempted to reinstall the B25D _Mitchell that I messed-up by using the file from my vanilla install that I imported and removing the .CDP. It will not register in the player aircraft list and a new .CDP will not be produced.

The stock B25D was AI only in the vanilla install. You need to update to the OH B25D to get to fly her.

Most of us have been here so long that we forget there are a number of the stock aircraft that are not flyable in the vanilla installation. They were only meant to be AI aircraft, not player aircraft. They don't show up in in the preview windows for player aircraft. The stock B-25 is one of these AI planes.

There are 2 ways to fix this.

Either upgrade the B-25 files with the Overhauled B-25 (the stock B-25 model unmirrored and made flyable by the B24Guy) or get the Fly patch from years ago which replaces the original airfiles. It is still available at Simviation. See below:
