RAAF Spitfires for PTO

Hi all,iv`e put many aircraft together for all my sims but this one has me stumped,i can`t get the cockpit to show,iv`e rechecked the file and all are in place yet this is what i get,any ideas?
Yes the SJ Spitfire VIII are installed and working.
