I was wondering if anybody has made a German Fi-156 in Royal Air Force colors?

http://1000aircraftphotos.com/Contributions/9413.jpg Churchill was flown to
146 Wing at B3, St. Croix-sur-Mer by AVM Harry Broadhurst in his captured storch... 48 storches were reportedly captured...

If not, i was wondering if i could reskin one of Greg laws's Groundcrew Models??? Just for f.u.n?

I don't see why not. If you wanted to share a repaint with others then just upload the skin with a readme stating which model it fits. Go to it!

Thank you very much, but i think I'll test it before releasing it(would not like it if people got a grey plane), and this is my first try at skinning.

ST-112 was a Finnish Fi 156K, not an example captured by RAF. This gets a bit confusing.

I forgot to take off(color over) the serial number, due to my rookie skills i will need to improve.

I was also wondering if anybody could take time to camouflage her into an original RAF scheme?

It's been on my list for a long time, that one! Don't hold your breath though...

Broady brought it back from North Africa with him when he came back to command 83 Group, 2 TAF prior to D-Day.

PS The font is incorrect for RAF aircraft, as well as the serial - try these. You'll find a good selection of the more common RAF serial fonts:

I'm new to this, so my stuff doesn't come out right.... I hope to improve in these 3 months of vacation:)......with some help of you guys

PS Thank you for the info on fonts:)

As we don't have an Auster, the Brits need one of these for observation over the front lines. Thanks for taking a first stab at it.

I've been seeing that there is a shortage of Captured aircraft in Cfs3(I really have an interest on RAF captures).

So making at least some Fictional captured aircraft would be cool:D

Nice skin ! Bravo !! :ernae:

I have always been bothered by the engine sound ; the Bf_109G_6\sound seem's a little odd for this A/C , any other options available ?

I've also been looking for the engine sound that fits her, but its nowhere...........

There's the Tigermoth or PT-19 that would suit, else you can use a cfs2 or fs9 sound file.

Unless I've got it all mixed up again!
