After giving us the beta exterior back in 2011, Bruno (Thor's Hammer) started work on a DR400. From reading his blog I don't see that he has gone back to the Rafale.

Has anyone combined it with any other cockpits besides the default F/A-18? If so please share.

There's a variant of the F-18 with a guns HUD - called 'F-18 Combat' or something adjacent. I use that, just for the HUD.

I've combined it with Dino's F-35C VC. Because it it carrier enabled.

I have with Sylvain Parouty's Etendard IV M/P http://www.mirage4fs.com/etendard_all.html . Seems to work ok. Tried also with Mirage 2000 but didn't succeed.
