RAZBAM flight club giveaway contest

RAZBAM CEO Ron Zambrano has graciously offered a once a month giveaway to a member in good standing at the new RAZBAM flying club.

You must be a member of the club to receive the prize. You can join the club at http://fsx-miramar.webs.com/

Since RAZBAM makes military aircraft, then the synopsis will focus on just that, military operations. I have decided that the case 1 pattern/CQ evolution will be the theme for the very first award. The training material for this can be found at the club site. Specifically, the case 1 CV pattern utilizing the RAZBAM FSX JET aircraft of your choice PROVIDING it has a tailhook and launchbar. AI Carriers and the nimitz package will be in use, so be sure you have it. KNLC will be the departure point with PISMO as the waypoint for the carrier.

Contest grading, real world protocols will be in effect throughout the duration (human CATTC will be on duty to coordinate);

Correct radio calls at the correct time in the circuit
ability to follow instruction
3 green passes with NO waveoffs

June will be the first contest month, so this gives anyone interested a chance to utilize the training materials and practice their CV ops. vLSO is an outstanding tool to use to prepare.

I have proposed that a free A-7 corsair volume of the winners choice be awarded but have not yet received the OK for this, so keep tuned, I will post as soon as I know, or prowler can confirm this to the thread.

AO1 Charlie Jones (aka strikehawk here at SOH) will be doing the ops grading. Charlie is a retired NAVAIR vet whom I have served with for many years over at the old CVW40 site. We have both made many deployments and are well versed in real life CV ops. I used to be his XO, so I know he is as real as it gets aside from an actual aviator...I have one of those as well, he used to fly the A-4 for the USMC but does not have the time needed to do more than fly a little bit due to real world commitments.

vLSO for practice...it will not be used for the contest.
 
Prize has been confirmed as CHOICE....thats right, you win the contest you choose what you want of any (current release) RAZBAM product.
