I guess the family of my friend Harvey Milhorn decided not to comply with his desire to be interred with his shipmates, or maybe he never told his family. He died several years ago and his name is not listed on the panel.

One of my grandsons, a naval diver stationed at Pearl, has participated in this very moving ceremony. We are very proud of him for his being chosen to do this....
