Real Time in CFS2

While looking for planes on the various sites, I came across a utility that works in conjunction with FSUICP (something like that) and that will set you sim to the real time of the location that your plane is flying over. Does anyone use it in CFS2 or know if it will work with CFS2. If it works in CFS2, can it be used at the same time as FSMetar so that a person can be flying at the real time and in the real weather of the location they are flying over?

I have FSMetar and FSUICP installed and running. I am wondering about Real Time...a plug in that sets your Sim clock to the time of the area you are flying in. If it is 8Am in Ohio (were I live) but 8 Pm in Vietnam (where my sim plane is flying) then Real Time will set my sim clock to Vietnam time.

Does anyone use Real Time or know if it works with CFS2?
