Realair - Customer service at it's best!

I was talking with someone the other day who flew the SF.260 as a test program for USAF flight screening some years ago (at Hondo, TX - I didn't even know the USAF had used the SF.260 in that fashion). Well, it got me to thinking of the Realair FS version and how I never got around to upgrading to the FSX version (I had the FS2002 and FS2004 versions previously). So, I tried to dig out my old FS2004 version in order to buy the discounted FSX upgrade. Lo and behold, I couldn't find it anywhere - likely due to having since upgraded to a new computer a couple years back. Anyway, I fired off an e-mail to Rob at Realair and he sent me an updated d/l link with FS2004 installer and code - no questions asked. I wasn't expecting to get a new installer, I was just wondering whether they still had my customer info on file. My experience with Realair years ago was always great - and Rob proved yet again how fantastic they are at customer service. :salute: The FSX SF.260 version also proves at how great their products are.
Cheers,
Dave
