Is it possible to use the panel config utility in P3D? If not, how can one change the instrumentation?

Thanks.

Would you mind checking that, please? The programme runs fine for me, but it doesn't actually change the panel.

The complete procedure:

Can't get vacuum gauges to appear in the Citabria or the Tundra. Tried saving with sim running, still doesn't work.

Can't get vacuum gauges to appear in the Citabria or the Tundra. Tried saving with sim running, still doesn't work.

The method works for all the models.

1. Start P3D, select the model and the start point, run the fly.

2. Start 'Config Panel' (Prepar3D\Realair\Scout2007\Config Panel.exe)

3. in 'Config Panel', select the plane

4. in 'Config Panel', select the option(s)

5. in 'Config Panel', Save

6. in 'Config Panel', click OK

7. in P3D, reload the plane ( for that, in controls set imperatively a key or a button for the action 'Reload User Object')

That's all.

Not for me. I've tried removing the autopilot and vacuum gauges in the Scout, and it doesn't work.

'Config Panel' gives values to variables according to your choices.

Thus P3D should be active and the plane chosen ready to fly before the launch of 'Config Panel'.

So that the values pass from one to another it is necessary to have installed FSPUIC.

Before pressing the touch or the button which asks 'Reload User Object' not to forget to click in the window of P3D to reactivate her otherwise the order is not taken into account.

Also works fine for me, as Beercan describes. I wonder if this bit is important? - "FsX version reinstalled in Prepar3D directory today.."
Do you have it properly installed from scratch or simply copied across? The aircraft works fine either way, but maybe the panel config utility requires full installation? Just a thought :)

No, still no good. It was installed directly into P3d (thanks for the suggestion, SpaceWeevil, and I reinstalled FSUIPC just in case that was the problem, but no joy. Thanks anyway.
