RealAir Spitfire woes...

For some oddball reason, I can't get my RealAir Spitfire for FS9 to go with Windows 7. I have the .exe on the desktop, and when I click on it to run, it won't let me put in the license key. The pop-up that asks for it only has the option to cancel the installation. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I haven't tried to install other payware models or scenery that require a license key to be entered besides the Spitfire, so I'm not real sure if it's isolated to the RealAir installer or if Win 7 has some sort of protection running that keeps it from allowing the installer to run. I always install manually to a seperate folder, don't think this would be the issue.

Have you tried, run as an administrator, or compatability mode? Is user account control turned off?

Yeah... I've tried that... but alas... no Spitfire. I have run other executables to a temporary folder such as my ALPHA Long Easy, and it works just fine when run as administrator, but not the RealAir Spit. Seems there is an issue with the "password" or License Key window that Win 7 doesn't like. Thanks for the suggestion anyway. :salute:

... Stange, indeed... BlackBird, did tou try to desactivate ( or delete) the special panel config

of the Real Air Spit ? By other way... Maybe it's a question of gauges...?
