Recommended Flight Model Mod for easy mode, elevator more lift, special corsair?

Howdy is there a improved flight model for stock airplanes in easy mode? The corsair flys like a brick, needs more lift? The wildcat flys much better then the corsair too me. I am not looking for a mod that makes flying harder, more power and smoother is what I am looking for, might not be realistic. Is what I am looking for out there, seems I read about a Doc Holiday or Haliday mod, but no where to be found. Thanks for any help!

Looks like there was a barkhorn realism patch that helped the stock campaign and AI out, can not find that patch either, bummer.

I wish I could help. I do not know where the patch is either. I do not know if the Corsair was much a turn & burn craft, but was the first U.S. Navy fighter to exceed 400 mph in level flight. The only mod I made to my stock Corsair was to increased the thrust_scalar = 1.2 in the aircraft.cfg file. Keep speed up and avoid slow turns with the Corsair, use the speed to your advantage.

Lonny007, welcome to the basement!

You will find lots of add-ons here that make all aircraft fly more like the real thing. You want real, look in the Add-ons above the forum. Go for the 1% aircraft. Learn to use the F5 key and open the cowl flaps or you will overheat your engine.

Also, install B24Guy's OH files into your stock aircraft. That will help some.

Wow I installed the unofficial Patch and the above Corsair files and it flys allot more to my liking now, very nice thanks allot. Could anyone do me a favor and put up Bearcat241 P38 Flight model complete zip, I can not seemed to download those files from the link in there correct format, thanks!
