Red Arrows Crash in Crete

Ouch, at least there are no serious injuries!

Heard last year during an airshow that the pilots spend more time in practice than they do performing. Nine months of training for three months of shows. They start off at altitude with a few planes and a very loose formation but as they progress they add more aircraft, tighten up the formation and come closer to the ground.
