• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

Reduce size of Tactical Display and Hud Gauages in BoB.

This is an old question.

In MAW and ETO we have reduced displays for the above.

In my BoB I have the display size of the original CFS3.

Is it possible if I reduced the display size in my CFS3 root folder this would effect the BoB display?

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Increase size of TD

Good question,i`d like to increase my TD in ETO as i have a problem seeing the purpel targets from the red.

I'm in a hurry so excuse any unclarity
1. Use “viewUI” FILES ARE FROM YOUR “C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Combat Flight Simulator 3.0” or your equivalent, including whatever your install name is. THEY ARE NOT FROM THE ROOT CFS3 FOLDER
2. Sizes for gauges and display is determined by the BG scale. For example
If you want the tac display a bit smaller try changing the BGScale to “0.30” instead of “0.35”

Use the 'find" funsion to find the BG scales in your viewUI and don't forget to save as xml.
