Hopefully you're running XP, because I have absolutely No idea of what features exist in Vista.
If you're content to await the arrival of Phase 3, and that's that, so be it.
Even after you have cleaned out the Microsoft Games Folder of OFF and CFS3
Do a search for all Files that Contain Over Flanders Fields - Delete
Do another search of your hidden files and folders - you'll always find 2 or 3. And Most times when your OFF goes bad, they contain the reason.
Re-install CFS3, Fly the P47 once
Then just WAIT :ernae:

Start - Run - type 'regedit'
Now type 'Combat Flight Simulator 3'.
If there is anything assocaitated with it, you can delete it, but you shouldn't have to.
OR... reinstall CFS3, and then remove it. That works too.

Just delete the OFF files as per the FAQs on
Pols site (as if you were re -installing OFF2 ).
Winder also said that if you wanted you can install phase 3 over an existing install of Phase2.
In any event I am sure that when the DVD is issued the install options will be clearly spelled out at that time.

Oh, if you just want to know what to do with Phase2? Sorry... just run the P3 install. I believe we have an option that will uninstall P2, and allow P3 to be installed over the existing copy of CFS3.
Maybe Winder or Pol can chime in on this, so I get my facts straight. I thought we were discussing a problem with CFS3 going haywire?

100% Correct, I'll argue not
But when facing a case of P2 going Bonkers ( which was the case), I like to start with a clean slate - All the way :ernae:
