Thanks guys,

Sorry its taking so long. I am sorting some switches issues out presently.

Bill,

Those floats are a new design. They were shown at Oshkosh. They are made of composite construction, which I think is rare for the larger plane floats.

It is worth it. I plan on going there for nearly every day of that week this year.

There is just so much to see and do. You could walk around for hours upon hours and you'd only see a fraction of the planes. Not to mention meeting some of the pilots, attending speeches, demonstrations, and whatever else.

Airventure is the only reason I can stand living in Wisconsin:amen:

bill can i ask, are there any wheeled versions without the cargo pod?
also, as hard as the waiting is for impatients like me, don't be rushed.
somehow it does make the aquisition sweeter.

so, you're not there for the cheez, then? :costumes:

Yes, there are many variants without the cargo pods.. Each paint scheme has a version of model for each one.

Passenger model
Passenger model with pod
Cargo model
Cargo model with pod
Ambulance model
Ambulance model with pod
Skydiver model (empty, no pod)
Float plane passenger model
Float plane cargo model
Float plane ambulance model

Then there is textures for each of the above models;
Turquoise
Yellow
Orange
Red
Red/White/Blue
Red Cross
Coast Guard

The Coast Guard is restricted to Passenger and Ambulance models only.
