• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

What was released? An aircraft? A repaint? What is the filename?

It's a beautiful livery in any case!

Details are important to save folks time! :costumes:

Sorry, I had previously posted info, I should have linked the messages.

A Cessna 182Q II RG repaint of the Carenado Cessna 182Q II RG model for FSX, but should work in FS9.

The paint is an interpretation of a real world airplane, interpreted into a Thunder Bay Flying Club Cessna 182Q II RG.

Down loaders can enjoy the livery, a brown interior, factory anti-corrosion sprayed parts, and a partially overcome mirrored tail.

The respective file to download is c182tbfc.zip or search for any of the following terms:

  • cessna
  • 182
  • carenado
  • david wilson
  • thunder bay
  • thunder bay flying club
The afore mentioned archive also includes a standard formatted ASCII text file entitled readme.txt with full verbose directions for install, and contact information.

Users will require the following to properly use the file:

  • a method to download the file (the author suggests the internet),
  • A method to unpack ZIP files,
  • A method to utilize the texture (the author suggests using the Carenado Cessna 182Q II RG.
Please contact the author for any further information, details, suggestions, warrenty, codecils.
