FSX Acceleration!
Guys I've been doing a lot of reading on this guy, Emil "Bully" Lang ...
lang.jpg

He's the world record holder for the number of kills in one day ... 18 can you believe that 18. I was hoping someone might be able to paint the Classics Hanger Fw190 in his colours, any chance anyone? Its an A5 but its close enough to the others we have have!

As commander of II./JG 26 he carried on his successes on the Invasion front, shooting down 25 Allied aircraft in a matter of weeks. On July 9, 1944, "Bully" shot down three Spitfires in five minutes; on August 15, two P-47s in one minute; on August 25, two P-38s in three minutes; and on August 26, finally three Spitfires, his victories Nos. 171-173.

"Bully" seemed almost invulnerable, until the undercarriage of his Fw 190 fell out during a dogfight with P-47s over Belgium on September 3, 1944, whereafter he was then shot down and killed.

JG 54 was known for its ingenious camouflage colors and paint schemes. Both this Fw 190 A-5 [see above] and von Bonin's A-4 had a camouflage in two green colors which resembled the late war RLM 82, and 83.

Heres the link to the site I got this info and pic off ... http://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http://www.jg54greenhearts.com/Lang_190A-5_5JG54_Siverskaja_Russia_May43.gif&imgrefurl=http://www.jg54greenhearts.com/Lang.htm&usg=__TGGtMouwdfJ2AqXoypDGmAOz8p8=&h=171&w=558&sz=33&hl=en&start=4&um=1&tbnid=m7XF8qd8vUVFfM:&tbnh=41&tbnw=133&prev=/images%3Fq%3DBully%2Blang%26hl%3Den%26rlz%3D1W1ADFA_en%26um%3D1

Many thanks in advance!!
Regards Pete.

Also Günther Ralls skin for Bf109 F would be cool, because he liked most F version.

This is G-2

Hope you find somebody to paint that livery for your FW190 Peter.

Probably. as was sometimes common practice in Russian front, that plane was overpainted with captured Russian colours. Anyway, instead of painting an A-4 in this livery, I think better wait a little for the release of the Classics-Hangar A-5 version. :d
