    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

I found a good pix of a German WW2 reticle reflection from a site (see pix below) and made one to add to my set. The bmp file below is the reticle. Just use the bmp following the directions to my reticles/reticles2 here at SOH.

10 April 1942 - U123 sinks tanker Gulfamerica on its maiden voyage in a early morning blazing display 5 miles off Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The U boat commander used the bright lit resort town to light his target at 0422, that had stopped zig-zagging just 20 minutes prior. Kptlt. Reinhard Hardegen, the U boat commander purposely positioned his vessel carefully before finishing off the tanker to avoid errant shots that would endanger civilians ashore. Nineteen crewmen from the tanker perished. The Liberty Ship "Michael James Monohan" was named for one of the dead Gulfamerica victims. Mr. Hardegen survived the war, and returned to Jacksonville in 1990, where he was received as an honored guest. He would say of the occasion that "The town was very friendly to me."
