• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

REX Essentials SP2 Released

Got an email from the REX Studios, announcing the UPDATE for SP2. I got in on REX back before essentials was put out, and so I was grandfathered in, so to speak. I have been very impressed with the product, textures, and support. Quite happy! Thanks REX team!!

Where else do you see these skies?

Probably old news, but on my SP2 email it also had a link to an auto updater. Install it and run it and it'll check your version of REX and install any necessary updates. So no more searching the forums to work out which version you have and what update you need.

All installed yesterday but not tried SP2 out yet.
 
I think they just got around to sending the email to their customers. SP2 has be out for a couple of weeks.

1st rule of updates. Never install as soon as it comes out. Wait for complaints/hot fixes and problems to be rectified first. :)
