• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Rick Piper and his meteors???

Hi All

Does anyone know if Rick Piper is still in the FS modeling community? and is there anyway of contacting him I have found his old site but its been quiet since 09 I was wondering if anyone knew if he every finished or released any of the Night fighter Variants of his Meteor It was listed as a W.I.P on his site but like i said its been quiet for years anybody know if he's still around?

Yes Rick is still around but busy and not as visible as he was.

The best place to get hold of him is on Classic British Flight Sim.

Re the Night fighter Meteor it was not finished as such

Rick has been around a fair bit real world permitting
 
The Meteor NF11 & TT20 by Rick was released to Classic British Flight Sim members at Christmas 2011. It is described as unfinished but works very well for me in FS9 and ports to FSX too.
