Rising Sun Application File

I have been enjoying the basic CFS3 sim and have added, and begun to explore, both ETO and the Korean campaign. No problems were encountered. Wanting yet more in my basket I moved on to add PTO Rising Sun. Following advice in the MultiCFS3 file, before doing anything else I renamed my original CFS3 folder "CFS3 Original"
Then having d/loaded the eight files for Rising Sun successfully, I worked my way through the installation following the Instruction guide. However, along the way I seem to recall that the errors illustrated on Page 11 of the Installation Guide appeared, but thinking nothing was amiss, I pressed on. On Page 14 I found that there were no underscores that I could see to remove so I clicked on a space between lettering there and clicked 'accept'. Both the BDP and ZX Zappers ran alright. However at the next stage, I could not find the file 'cfs3config.exe' that I had to run. There was only the shortcut. So I hit the 'cfs3.exe' icon next to it.
The flash screen on opening wasn't Pearl Harbour but a poster showing a divided view - Jap. a/c on left and Jap. soldier shouldering a pickaxe. Then running the sim, a popup told me "the configuration file is corrupt or missing" and the sim closed.
Uninstall and try again? Thank you for your patience!

Rising Sun Challenge

Mea culpa....the troubles I met with were self inflicted.. I made the mistake of using that MultiCFS3 element before I began to install, thinking that I needed to create the Rising Sun folder beforehand. Not so, of course so now all is running smoothly. Great.
