The DP files for my RN A -I and Tribal class DD's have the 4.7 inch main guns with about 200 rounds of Ammunition.
The maximum elevation of these guns is 40 degrees and, it is my understanding that, they were not effective AA weapons.
If they are annoying or over effective the DP file can be changed.
A - I

[guns.1]
gun.0=200,0,0,0,0,0,0,200
[guns.2]
gun.0=200,0,0,0,0,0,0,200
[guns.3]
gun.0=200,0,0,0,0,0,0,200
The 200 can be changed to '0', meaning that it has no ammunition.
The Tribal Class is similar, however, there are 2 guns.

gun.1=200,-0.5,0,0,0,0,1,200
