roads and rivers in CFS2

In the old days I used FSSC for my scenery building. Blended airfields are something different. How can I add a road or river canal to a blended airfield? For FS9 I use Sbuilder. Is there something similar for CFS2?

Hi Cees !
Ground2k v.4 does that in cfs2 ,you can get in the avsim library and there is a tutorial here by Sander .
