I want to thank you for this wonderful scenery, too.

You've done a truly fantastic job and I wanted you to know I am truly enjoying it since installing it two days ago.

Cheers

Thanks, WH! Glad you like it.
The next version is on it's way, but my efforts to achieve the right look have become a bit complicated and time consuming.

The Russell Islands with Banika and Sunlight airfield are 3D structured now (earth walls, ponds etc) and are cut out of palm plantations, as they were back then. If I get a stable and more efficient workflow together I'll apply that technique to all the other airfields, too. Step by step, of course.

That looks amazing! And so is your current version which I am enjoying more than ever on my new overclocked rig.

Since installing the scenery two days ago I've captured over 40 screenshots of various a/c at the various fields, and still plan to do more. I keep pulling various payware and freeware a/c out of the hangar just to do some flights between fields and around the islands to take shots with all the great settings. Everywhere I fly I see something new.

I noticed on your Flightsim page you have some workups for Rabaul-1943. Out of curiosity what are the plans for that area??

Thanks

Ah. I didn't see any mention of it in the Version 2 Readme, so I wasn't sure. I did find the map in the docs folder. I'll go check it out the next time I fire up FSX.

Thanks, Mark.
