Uninstall, then reinstall and patch up to 4.08m. As far as I know there is no way to simply roll back to a previous version of the sim. That's why I make one install, then make a copy of the entire folder for patching or modding. Doing so always leaves me with the original, un-patched, un-modded version for future uses or recovery.
