rotating landing gear wheels?

What is the best way to make the wheels rotater on another persons aircraft?

Wheel rotation is animated via the MDL....so a plane is either built with spinning wheels or not. Nothing you can do to make the wheel rotate on a plane other than getting the original source file and reanimating it.
