RS P-40E cockpit info?

Does anybody know who modelled and painted the cockpits for the Rising Sun Kittyhawks/P-40Es? The texture sheets are the same as the ones from the MAW Tomahawks, but the cockpit is obviously different.

If I knew who to ask... as I've got ideas.
