RWY12 question

Gents,
Is RWY12 a scenery installer or does it install objects into certain scenery? I went to their website to look around and the forum looks like it got over run..
 
RWY12 is an "object Placer" tool.. it allows you to add, move, scenery objects (buildings, trees, airport objects like hangars, windsocks). There is the basic program and a set of scenery libraries that contain a lot of objects.

The forums are still there. It looks as though there was a bunch of idiot play that tried to flood the place but if you scroll down a bit in each section you will find the real stuff still in existence. If you're interested in scenery work it's not a bad way to start.
