Saitek X-52 Button assignments

Is anyone else using a Saitek X52 with P3DV2?

If so have you experienced problems with the button assignements? I have no problem at all with FSX when assigning a number of the smaller buttons around the Hat switch for actions such as the trim or zomming but for some reason despite assigning them in P3D it has never worked for me, I have tried importing the button assignements from FSX but to no avail.

Any ideas?

Do you have FSUIPC, I prefer to use that for assignments, it results in much more accuracy than native settings. I think you may have to have the payware version though.

Thank you for your reply, I do not use FSUIPC.

I have been spending some time today trying to figure this out, its mostly the zoom in and out function that is not working as I would like right now.
