Hey all,

If you have a few dollars burning a hole in your pocket and you need something new to fly, and you havent tried any of the Lionheart Creations planes yet, I have a sale going on that you might like. Most all of the product lines we sell are slashed, some over 50% off. Now is the time to get a new plane for your Flight Simulator if you have been eyeing one of our planes. Her sister ship, the Epic LT / Dynasty with same voice system AP is also $12.95. Even the inexpensive prop classic, the Pasped Skylark is on sale, under $12.00 USD. Almost all planes, including the Bellanca turbocharged Super Viking, the TB classics Trinidad and Tobago dual pack, the Wittman Tailwind high performance homebuilt, and the ever popular Quest Kodiak, the modern day Bush super plane.

Get them while they're on sale. This weekend only. http://www.lionheartcreations.com/2093842-03945-098.html

Junkers classic W33 and
W34 dual super pack........FS2004 Technology, for FSX and FS9.......$7.95

Some pretty good prices here. :)

If you like, I can offer you some advice. If you like glass screen panel technology and turboprops, you will enjoy the Epic LT and the Quest Kodiak. The Kodiak is a huge package with sea planes, rescue plane variants, passenger planes, and has a ton of neat features.

If you like old world aviation, the Pasped Skylark for FSX only is awesome and basic and features a cool manual and some nice animations. The bump mapping really make this thing look awesome in FSX.

If you like WW2 technology and before that, I offer the Bucker Bestmann BU-181 and Grunau Baby glider package. These were the first planes that Luftwaffe pilots trained in. There are TONS of versions of the Bucker Bestmann, and 3 variants of the nice little basic Grunau glider.

There is a Junkers W33 cargo and airliner dating back to the 1930's. This leap in aviation was a milestone in the old days when aviation began to accellerate into its many uses, from hauling people to exploration, to cargo. Air routes went from London, deep into Iran, up into Sweden. These were used also in the back north lands of Canada up in the mountains as bush planes. This package comes with the long nose W33, the radial BMW Wasp powered W34, versions of passenger, cargo, snow ski, float plane versions, 2 versions of antique panels (no screens), and TONS of animations.

If you have every seen a Wittman Tailwind, a small little high performance Homebuilt experimental, and you like the Homebuilt aircraft scene, then you'll probably love the Tailwind. Featuring the 8 and 10 series, these feature glass tops, solid tops, different panels from the basic light weight panel to the full IFR panel, clickable VC animations and features, a nice manual, and an iPhone that features 6 songs that are reprogrammable to what ever you like. It is fiesty to fly and will humble the tough guys. These are little rockets, designed by the infamous Mr. Wittman of air racing fame.

The Bellanca Super Viking series are a brilliant package for those that like 4 place General Aviation classic American planes. Featuring fabric covering on the fuselage and tail, and sleek rivetless 'wood skins' on the wings (like the Bugatti air racer and many other famous planes), this high powered GA is featured with 2 panels and many small features. Soft gauge lighting for night flights without the bright dome lights are a feature of Lionheart Creations planes.

If you have been itching to put a new plane in the hanger and waiting for some good prices to show up, now is your time.

NOTE1: FSX planes will require you to add the SP1 FSX service pack. You 'must' have this installed. If you have FSX Gold with Acceleration, you must have added the second CD with SP2 on it, or it will not show up right and you will then again need to install the SP1 service pack.

NOTE2: Newest forms of Windows OS, from Win7 64 and x86 to vista 64 and x86 can 'hide' your installation of FS from installers, (not all computers will do this). Thus the installer will not install properly into your FS. Run the installer and make sure it found your 'actual' location of FS. In versions of Windows 64, this will be in 'Program Files(64) ' and in versions of Windows x86, this will be in the 'Program Files (x86) ' folder, not in the old version of 'Program Files'. (Why did Windows rename the Program Files folders, I'll never know, but that can trip the Installers).

Kind regards and happy flying,

Bill

Thanks Bill.

I think I'll pick up the Tobago/Trinidad. And I already have the Tailwind, that is definitely one of my favorites!

Roger that.

Note that the Trinidad and Tobago are FS2004 'models' adapted for FSX. They are cross overs, not true FSX. Note above on the list the ones that have 'FS2004 Technology' are FS2004 based, crossovers.

Bill

I don't mind port overs, especially at this price. I have plenty that are fun to fly, even if the graphics aren't as good as some others.

Hi Bill, I have your Tailwind. I bought it for FS9. When I look at the download, I don't see it saying anything about FSX. Will this work for FSX? It's an auto install I believe.
Acually, I just checked and I can't get the reinstall to work. My password doesn't seem to be working. Help!

I love the Skylark. Looks beautiful in FSX, good aerodynamics and maaaaaan that sound!!!! :salute:

Hey Tom,

I'll see what I can do.

When the installer starts, I think on page 4 of the installer, it asks you what type of Sim to install to, and you select either FS9 or FSX.

Email me at william @ lionheartcreations.com and I'll get your installer going again.

Bill

Hi Bill,
I got the Skylark, love the 1930's styling with the big wheel pants. Easy payment via PayPal, fast download from the payloadz.com site. Thanks for putting on the sale. :)

Hi Bill,
I sent you an email with a brief description. I appreciate the help. I've enjoyed the TW in FS9 and would love to have it in FSX too.
I had a thought about just making a copy of the folder from FS9 and paisting it in FSX. Would that work? Or would there be too many missing things? Effects, etc.

Most welcome TARPSBird.

Sent an hour ago.

I love the little Tailwind. What an awesome little bird. Its so small and so dang fast. It reminds me of a 356 Porsche Speedster, bare minimums, super tight fit, small side windows, and that cool flying wing style fuselage and mini racing wings. The red and white one with the white belly is my fave as well as the blue and white striped 8 with wheel skirts.

Hi Bill,
Thanks for the quick response.
Still having some trouble though.
I sent you another email.
Sorry for the hassle. :isadizzy:

Trinidad/Tobago

Bill,

I just bought the Tailwind today and own the Epic LT, Victory, Kodiak, Super Viking, Skylark and purchased the Trinidad/Tobago in 2007. All great stuff!

However, the Trinidad/Tobago website says "FSX is presently no longer supported". Will it work in FSX SP2/Acceleration? My OS is Windows XP 32 bit. I never re-installed it in FSX and just updated to Acceleration.

Thanks,

Joe

I just bought the Skylark and want to know how to get the high rez textures for it. Correction; just took a look with DXTBmp and noticed they are high rez textures, she looks great, thanks.

Hey Joe,

The package is in pure FS2004 format. You will see clouds and mountains through the prop and plexi. You can still install it into FSX, but it will not be a pure 'FSX' model.

Let me know how it works on your computer. If it doesnt work out, let me know.
