scale size in native p3d vr

LouP

Flight Sim Junkie
Anyone know if there is a way to change the scale of a model in native p3d vr as the worldscale selection does in flyinside?

Thanks,
LouP

Sorry, I don't have FlyInside but I'm curious about your question.
I fly in VR with the native VR of P3Dv4. Why would you like to modify the scale of things ?

LouP. Not that I've seen, what planes are you having problems with ?

Daube. Occasionally you can find a plane where the cockpit scale is way off and you either feel really cramped or like a baby sitting in the pilot seat.

I re-scaled some of Alphasim planes in MCX that where like it. I did the Ka-50, A-6E, EA-6B, B-47, F-5E, F-105D, F-106 and Victor.
I don't know if I got them 100% accurate, I just did them so they felt about right to me.
If anyone want to try any of them let me know and I'l share the interior mdl's.
There of no use to pancake mode pilots though only VR addicts.

Mine are all old Alphasim versions not Virtavia but should work in either but I cant be certain.

Thanks for the explanation.
I see what you're talking about, as I have exactly that problem with the default F-16 in P3Dv4.

However, do you mean there's a way to modify the scale of the cockpit only, without modifying the scale of the environment ?

Thanks, my worse issue is the Alabeo C195. I usually look at things in the cockpit like the gauges, yoke, and levers to see if they are way off and this one needs to be flown by one of the munchkins from the Wizard of Oz. Too bad because when I could scale her up with flyinside she wasn't bad looking. I had to move on from flyinside because of the increasing frequency of P3D crashes while using it.

May I ask what MCX is?

Thanks,
LouP
