This keeps popping up. Not sure how to correct.

"There were 2 errors detected while loading the SCENERY.CFG file. These areas were not added to the Scenery Library list. Are you sure you would like to continue saving these changes to the SCENERY.CFG file?"
 
It's a residual effect of your previous P3D install. It's still using the scenery.cfg file of the previous install. If you haven't installed too many scenery addons, you can simply delete the scenery.cfg file and let the sim build a new one.

If you did install other senery addons, best edit the scenery config file with sceneryconfig editors:
