Scenery error?

I honestly don't understand why I'm getting this all of a sudden. Any thoughts?

After posting my dilemma, I see at the bottom of the forum screen where others have had the same issue. I'll investigate in those topics for a solution.

Thanks Roger. I sure hope this works, because when I scanned my "C" drive for "scenery.cfg", it was clearly confusing to put things mildly. This Windows 7 64bit stuff always has a surprise in store for me!

Roger, I ran the scenery tool in every location that listed scenery to 115 in depth and above. I had my fingers crossed it would do the trick. No such luck.

I notice what is causing the error, but I don't have an AddOn Scenery\ Scenery folder. Local or otherwise. I went as far as trying a repair from the FSX disk, and Acceleration disks. And I still get the error. I would have thought by doing that, that would have fixed the problem. No such luck. I'm a little bewildered at the moment.

Open a Windows Explorer window, go to your FSX install and add the \Addon Scenery\scenery folder. Then see if the error goes away. The error by itself is only a nuisance, it won't stop FSX from working. Trying to do repairs? That may mess things up!
