I saw this on Avsim yesterday, and wondered if they would work with FSX? NC

They should. . .normally those types of two sided objects work well up until you get into P3D. Too bad they're not 3 dimensional, that would be even better.

Nice find,

If these behave like the figure objects one finds in the Calclassics packages when ported in FSX, though the figures will be "framed" with the standard see-through effect one sees in many portover aircraft, scenery, etc.

I found Steve's Fixer fixes some, but not all of them, for some reason.

Still cool, though ...

Just an FYI, back when i did scenery for FS9, I always made 2d people like these and they would rotate towards user so they always seemed to be facing you and you saw the sides. In FSX, that rotate feature did not work so the 2 big things you might find with these is that they don't rotate and the transparency issue as already pointed out. BTW, you can fix that pretty easily for personal use, load the library BGL into MCX, give it FSX transparent properties and save as an FSX MDL, should work after that.

I loved making these klind of people back in FS9. Depending on the type of scenery i was doing, I would hit the online clothing catalogs and find a ton of people posed ready for FS use, LOL.
