Scenery Help Please with KNIP

Hi Folks. I'm trying to get Jim Dhaenens FSX version 1.3 NAS Jacksonville working properly and need some help.
The area south of and adjacent to the filed flashes on/off with autogen,water, and airport background screen shot attached.

I've checked everywhere for duplicate airfield files (AF2s etc) but this is the only version oif KNIP I've tried of this field with this FSX install. It is at the top of the scenery library and I running all the ORBX stuff. Autogen set at Very Dense, Mesh Res at 5m, Water Effects at mid 2.x, all others at MAX.

I ran this same version on my Win 7 install and it worked without issue.

Any suggest would be appreciated.

I have 2 versions of this scenery. One is the original version 1.2. No flashing problems in FSX. The second is labeled KNIP Enhanced. Not currently installed. I'll send you both if you think they will help you sort out your issues. PM me your email and I'll send them over.
