Scenery Install help

I've downloaded this scenery from flight sim, hana_heli_obstacle_course_v20.zip and installed it but some how I'm not getting some of the structures in. Here is what it should look like. One question does the static object library need to be under the main folder or outside, does it need to added to the add on scenery in the flight sim? Any help is appreciated.

Wouldn't know about this one but I have a "Static Objects Library" in the Addon Scenery Folder which contains every bit of Library Object in the known FS9 universe.
Every time I get a scenery with some sort of Library, they just go in there to avoid multiple texture names all over the sim.
I have moved it way down the list so everything that calls it, is above it (as you see it in the sim list).
Seems to work...

Be interested in some more screens and what this one does!

What he said. And Yes, you do activate the Static Objects folder in the Scenery Library. I have mine way down low on the list, though I don't know if that really matters.

Some objects libraries call for being at the top of the list. What's it say in the readme?
