Scenery making fuzzy cockpits

After installing J. B. Loney's Minden-Tahoe scenery (KMEV_V1) all cockpit views have blurry textures at the top and bottom of the screen but only when on the ground and anywhere in the world. He used RWY12 and EZ textures but I have those displaying elsewhere with no issues. I will be pulling parts of the scenery to find the problem file but was wondering if anyone has come across this.
