Scenery object scale---any updates out there?

Does anyone know if there are any replacement scenery objects to replace some of the stock stuff?

In particular, I'm looking for some wind turbines that are a bit larger scale to update a local wind farm a few miles from my home.
Here's a picture of the stock ones compared to the default 172. They're about 75% or less of what a 1.5MW turbine should be. I know they come in all sizes, but these guys just look way too small when I putz around my home area.

Also, any good freeware scenery editing/enhancing programs for FSX that I can add and edit object placement?

I don't know if anyone's done a resize job on those windmills, but if you'd like to have at it, you might try Whisplacer. It seems to be the leading freeware WYSIWYG placement editor out there. I don't use it, as I've got the payware Instant Scenery, but you might give it a go. You can download it here: http://lc0277.nerim.net/wiki/index.php?whisplacer

I have used a large animated turbine, I think it came from the UK VFR download package at FS.com. Not 100% sure though!
