So, it all started quite a few years ago, with discovering Pascal Dumat's SPECTACULAR Loire Valley Chateaux ... the very first scenery from FS9 I installed to FSX. Here's what those looked like (his screenshots):

I love these as magnificent VFR flight sightseeing objects in France. So my question, is - anyone know of any other FSX castles in Bavaria, Eastern Europe, the UK, etc? So far, in addition to the 4 great Dumat chateaux, I have Blenheim Palace and most of what Chris Brown did for the UK in FSX. Any other jewels in this vein?

Thanks,

DL

Where Are These Available?

I forgot about these gems!

I've visited Pascal's site but can't locate a 'download' for the chateau. Where are they available?

Avsim spits out a few valid results when searching for "Castle". Ditto for Flightsim.

Yeah, B - like I said, I've got the Chris Brown sceneries, gotten from Fsim.

Hi DL, long time no chat mate, I agree with Vora, Richard's Scottish Castles and Stately Homes are fantastic.

Cheers,

Fras

Hey Fras - long time indeed!

Thanks Vora - and Fras - this is precisely what I was after. The best sceneries it seems, are often hidden away.

Unfortunately, there are a few buggy issues insofar as it being designed for Orbx, which I don't have. But Balmoral looks good. Time to send those corgi's on a little mad dash as I fly overhead en route to Lossiemouth.... :running:

Anyone know any Bavarian or mainland Europe castle sceneries?
