scenery Tool FSX Planner

does any use FSX Planner to create airports Seems to be broken now the Website for the maps is down and wont load which makes this tool Not Useable anymore anyone have ideas ? I dont really wanna have to Buy the Flight 1 Airport editors

ADE is the only option and under continuous development. FSXPlanner has not been updated since 2008 or so.
