I believe what you seek was done by the venerable Maskrider and can be found at his site. If not I know I have seen it elsewhere but can't remember where right now. Click on one of his postings and go to his new site. It may be there.

Because, long, long ago I combined all of the Milne Bay stuff into one big Papua New Guinea Pack- which is available on my website! ;^)
