Screen Resolution

To All,

I have started back on IL-2 1946 (version 4.09) and I am having difficulties in remembering how to get a full scren viewing when flying.

My laptop has a resolution of 1366 x 768 but when I originally set things up, the closest option was 1024 x 768.

I think there was a way to adjust this in the "conf.ini" file, but it was more than just adjusting the screen resolution numbers (there might have been something else concerning the game allowing a non-standard re-sizing)?

If 1024 x 768 is one of the defults, will making a change to 1366 x 768 stretch the image and make things seem distorted?

If anyone can offer some guidance, your assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks.

It should look like this
[window]
width=1600
height=900
ColourBits=32
DepthBits=24
StencilBits=8
ChangeScreenRes=0
FullScreen=1
DrawIfNotFocused=0
EnableResize=1
EnableClose=1
SaveAspect=0
Use3Renders=0
now put your screen size in for width and height.
