shaders shine ... updated seems ok please reviewq on older spitifre

mod , its in eto ,,i added bob solder stuff ...and used the new shaders or the revised ones i changed the other one eto ....


i used this in maw, cfs3, eto .....the shader works on alll and very nice shine ,,,i thought


in maw it rocks
