This utility makes "shining" mdl files easier.

It integrates Ivan "Archisoft" Hsu's MDLC command line utility (which does ALL the work)into the windows user interface, making shining a MDL file as easy as right clicking on the file, and selecting the level of gloss you wish to apply to the MDL.
