Found this bit of info on the Capt Sim forum for setting up shockwave lights for the CS C-130; thought I'd share:

ok this is for
CS_C130
CS_EX1_C130
CS_EX1_KC130
CS_EX2_C130
place the text bellow in to your aircraft cfg replacing the old light setting in each of the above folders unfortunately the nav and strobe lights wont come on useing cockpit switches as i haven't found the correct numbers for them yet but to activate them all u need to do is press L all lights will come on then im still working on geting them to switch on using the cockpit switches
but i hope this will do for now
